Introduction

The microcomputer-controlled filling machine is suitable for oil and high-viscosity liquids. It features a vertical structure that enables precise filling through constant liquid level and time-based control. The machine is operated via a PLC system and a human-machine interface, making it easy to use. Additionally, it is equipped with an electronic scale feedback system, which allows for convenient volume adjustment.

Features

  1. This equipment is equipped with a tubular filling system. To change the bottle size or filling volume, simply press a single button on the touchscreen. The electronic scale transmits data to the system, allowing adjustments to be made via the touchscreen.

  2. The cylinder controls the diving of the filling nozzle and adapts to variable filling speeds, which reduces foaming and prevents bottle contamination.

3- The latest-designed bottle holder structure is used, featuring convenient adjustability and a reliable design.

  1. Optimized bottle infeed and outfeed control modes: normal and fast. In fast mode, there is no delay in bottle entry and exit, which increases productivity.

  2. A detachable filter is installed in the material transfer tube, preventing contamination and improving filling accuracy while extending the lifespan of the valves.

  1. A material level sensor is used to monitor the liquid level during the machine’s normal operation. It is equipped with a high and low-level control and an alarm device. The level detection unit is made of PTFE material, which offers excellent corrosion resistance.

  1. A liquid catcher, controlled by a separate cylinder, is installed beneath the filling nozzles. This prevents bottle contamination after the filling nozzles are closed.

  1. The entire machine is made of a 304 stainless steel frame, providing excellent corrosion resistance. The stainless steel body and reinforced glass door prevent contaminated air from spreading into the environment during the filling process. Additionally, a φ100 mm diameter exhaust outlet is positioned above the filling nozzles, connected to the discharge system for efficient removal of excess gas.

Note: The pipeline connection parts are of a quick-installation type, making cleaning and maintenance easy.

9.The filling machine is equipped with a special sensor that automatically stops operation if bottles get jammed or tipped over. Once normal operation resumes, the machine continues bottle transfer.

10.Compared to the standard angle seat valve used by other suppliers, we use a KOREA valve, ensuring higher filling accuracy, durability, and reliability.

Automatic Servo Capping Machine

Introduction:
